This is what I looked like midnight on Christmas Eve: crafting at the kitchen table with a feather headband and a hello kitty t-shirt on. No, I'm not 12 years old. My nephew with his new umbrella watching Cinderella. I think he consumed around 6 dinner rolls on Christmas!
The cook!
In non-b side news. I've been very busy getting our Christmas gifts together. I wish that I could show you what I've been up to, but the surprise would be ruined. But, I will say that lots of hours have been spent hunched over my kitchen table. Kent hates all the mess I've made. I love it!
Stay tuned for the final group of B-sides. I'm kicking 2010 off with a bang of a shoot! Can't wait to show you.
These are the first of several images I will be posting as the "B-sides" of 2009. The B-sides consist of images that have never been seen from this years shoots. Some funny, some sweet, some cute. 2009 has been a wonderful year for CBM Photo and I look forward to the A & B-sides of 2010! If you remember a particular shoot this year that made your eyes pop, I'd love to hear it!
Let's jump start this with 2 shots.

This image I loved so much, even though Dad's face is completely eclipsed by bubble fun! Bubbles are so great to pull out as a ringer when things are going south. The only problem: taking the bubbles away from a child. It's not happening.
The second image was merely an in between outfit change moment. He seemed so content walking around the gardens in his diaper. Who wouldn't? It was mid-afternoon in June! Ah, to be a kid.
I'll be posting more B-sides until we welcome a new decade. New decade=new b-sides!
This is part II with the
Crews family. We headed over to
Serendipity Sweets for a little sugar and fun.

Don't you love how Sally is mirroring her mothers stance?

To celebrate the 2009 for CBM Photo, I will be counting down the
Best B-side shots (never-before seen) from the year in these last few days of the decade. Stay tuned later this week for the first batch!
*Warning, extremely long post!
I just couldn't help myself, I had to share a good bit of this sessions highlights. I loved that this family was up for anything. Snow (I know) got in our way Saturday, but the 2nd try was the charm. Check out this sweet family below and make sure you see that wonderful birds nest. Also, believe it or not, there is a part 2 to this shoot. That part was colorful and yummy!
