The Chandler Family

This family was so much fun! It was such a pleasure being around them capturing that with my camera. I think everyone laughed the entire time! Their family farm is so warm and friendly, and I think it shows through. Seeing as how it's the middle of July in Alabama, there was a need to cool off in the pool after our session was over. They were also generous enough not to throw me in the pool. I think the camera in my hand had a little something to do with it!
Enjoy!

Paul Waylon

Secrets, secrets. I love a good one. I can keep one like a superhero. But, it's always hard to do when there are cute babies with chubby cheeks involved. The surprise? Dad wanted to surprise Mom with pictures of Paul Waylon for her birthday. So, that's what we did! I think it's safe to say it seems to be harder for a Dad to surprise a stay at home mom with something that involves her 6 month old boy.

So, without further adieu, here he is...Paul Waylon!
Happy Birthday Jessie!

Lukas

I'd like to introduce you to an undiscovered child model! Lukas was a delight to photograph. His only request during our shoot was to strike a few wrestling poses to flex his modeling muscles. How could I not oblige? The afternoon light was just fantastic, but Lukas' cutie pie status certainly was the highlight of the day!

The Final B-sides of 2009

Well, here they are, the last b-sides of 2009. They're all so random, no? I figured it's the end of the year and random is okay...at least with me. This will be the last post until after the new year. Oh, and I will be starting 2010 off with a bang! I cannot wait to show you the proof! Have a safe and fun new years celebration. Thank you to all my readers who have been a wonderful encouragement. Let's do it again next year.

What Christmas looked like...

My favorite ornament.

Kent & I cooked a turkey! We are officially grown ups.

We played a rousing game of cranium and let the dogs do the dice rolling. See that guy in the blue? He's getting married this Friday! Photos of that coming soon...

This is what I looked like midnight on Christmas Eve: crafting at the kitchen table with a feather headband and a hello kitty t-shirt on. No, I'm not 12 years old. My nephew with his new umbrella watching Cinderella. I think he consumed around 6 dinner rolls on Christmas!

The cook!
